There are a lot of specialities in Santa Maria del Castello, but there is one that is really typical: corn and beans with pork meat. In Napoletan this is called “o granorino e fasule co ‘a carne e puorco”
There is also the apple liqueur, that is a rare specialty that you can find only here.
